Tucked away in a nondescript, winding Soi on the edge of bustling Chiang Mai, this charming boutique property is an oasis. As a frequent (often weary) world traveler, I appreciated the exceptional attention to detail in my second-floor Studio Deluxe. High ceilings, 42 m² of comfortable space, a cozy, kitchenette, an ornate (and useful) ceiling fan, an outdoor bathtub (!), , a wonderfully curated bathroom (a scale, stylish bathrobes, comfortable slippers) and a host of convenient in-room accoutrements: an outsized TV, adapters, telephone chargers, a practical mini bar… and included in my spectacularly, reasonable rate was an exquisite breakfast in which one can indulge indoors – or out on a cozy patio. You will need your GPS to get there but worth the trip.

The breakfast buffet is extensive and caters for many different tastes. There's also a "cereal" bar that is available all day for a little snack along with some yogurt, cookies, Thai sweets, coffee and teas. I was upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated and I enjoyed the private, deep bathtub on my terrace. The suite also had a small kitchen and coffee/tea making equipment--they even provided free water and milk! All of the staff were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop with the (small) swimming pool and also used the bikes (they even have helmets!!) early one morning to go see the nearby temple at sunrise with the monks taking alms and chanting. I would stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times already, and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Thailand—and I’ve been to Thailand four times. This place is simply perfect. It’s worth flying to Thailand just to stay here. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and cozy. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and generous. I loved the view of the greenery outside, and we even saw cute frogs, squirrels, and beautiful birds. The location is great—close to the night market and just a short drive from anywhere you want to go in Chiang Mai. I wholeheartedly recommend treating yourself to a stay at this hotel!

Despite the location which is quite a distance (20 min walk from old town), it was a very good experience stay thanks to relaxing and calm surrounding, very well maintained rooms and facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff from reception to crew in restaurant serving breakfast. I was upgraded to their biggest room with bath tub in the balcony, huge bed room with kitchen, very nice bathroom. In addition, the breakfast in the morning was super good (2 choices of western set breakfast and/or simple yet yummy Thai buffet breakfast). Roof top pool was interesting despite too hot weather during dry season when i visited.

We loved our stay here. The daily breakfast was so nice and they had different options each day. The room was very comfortable - nice sheets, comfy bed, etc. The rooftop pool was just lovely too. We liked that it was in a tucked away location so it was quiet, yet within easy walking distance to attractions. And the staff were all super helpful, and they actually seem to communicate with each other to meet the needs of their guests (e.g. remembering my sunflower allergy, coordinating a small repair in our room, etc). Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
